1. Permitted use
Use the Service only for lawful business purposes: customer support, coaching FAQs, lead capture, and related communications on websites you own or are authorized to operate.
2. Prohibited content and activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights (including IP, privacy, and publicity).
- Distribute malware, phishing, scams, or deceptive content; impersonate others; or harvest data without a lawful basis.
- Upload or generate illegal content, child sexual abuse material, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
- Promote extreme violence, terrorism, or clear intent to cause severe harm.
- Run spam campaigns, unsolicited bulk messaging, or manipulative engagement schemes through the widget or APIs.

- Resell, white-label, or provide the Service to third parties as your own product without a written enterprise agreement.
- Create multiple accounts solely to abuse free trials or evade suspension.
- Overload the Service with automated bot traffic intended to degrade performance or inflate usage.
3. AI and knowledge base
- Do not instruct the bot to give regulated professional advice (medical, legal, financial) as if it were a licensed professional, unless you have proper oversight and disclosures.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of content in your knowledge base and for how the bot represents your business.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations. Actions can include warning, throttling, pausing AI, disabling embeds, suspending users, terminating accounts, and reporting to authorities. See also our Terms of Service and Trial & Billing Policy.
